Processing Times

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after purchase on business days Monday to Friday, any orders placed on the weekend are processed on Monday.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.
  
  

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.
  
  

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas).
  
  

• Standard Shipping: $10 for orders under $200.
  
  

• Express Shipping: $15 for orders under $350.
  
  

• Free Standard Shipping: on all orders of $200 or more.
  
  

• Free Express Shipping: on all orders of $350 or more.

International Shipping

Delivery Issues
