Narrative Creatures proudly partners with Southern Cross Kids’ Camps. SCKC provide five-day, volunteer-led camps designed to give children who've experienced trauma a safe, joy-filled week where they can simply be kids. With their one-to-one buddy model, trauma-informed support, and a whole lot of fun, SCKC create environments where kids feel seen, valued, and loved. The volunteers give kids the best week of their year—and a spark of hope that lasts long after camp ends.
SCKC believe every child deserves joy, connection, and possibility. And together, with incredible volunteers and community partners, they are delivering hope—one child at a time.
We think this mission is worth supporting both on the ground with our physical efforts and our financial contribution. At Narrative Creatures we donate 50% of our profits to help fund and resource camps, including accommodation, food, and activities.
After volunteering on Southern Cross Kids’ Camps over the last ten years, we have seen the life-changing impact these camps have on children's lives, and we want to continue to help make these impacts possible.
