Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your jewellery as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your piece, our returns policy is here to give you peace of mind.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging 

Exchanges

  • If you would like a different size or style, we are happy to offer an exchange within the same 30-day window, subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • We carefully check all jewellery before dispatch, but if your ring arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately.

  • We may ask for photos to help us assess the issue. If confirmed faulty, you will be offered a replacement, repair, or full refund, including any shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

  • Shipping costs (where applicable) are non-refundable, except in the case of faulty items.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at contact.narrativecreatures@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number.

  2. We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.

  3. Pack your ring securely in its original packaging.

  4. Use a tracked shipping method — we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
